 3 Days   To provide shaft personnel with the required knowledge and skills to identify winder and shaft components, to carry out shaft examination and repairs, identify the risks, maintain safe shaft operations and defects found reporting procedures.
  • Interpret and understand Duties imposed by Mines Health & Safety Act, Minerals Act & Minerals Regulations pertaining to shaft examination
  • Changes in legislation

  • To conduct safe shaft examination and repairs to ensure safe passage.
